1. Mobile Devices can be requested from the school by contacting Mr. Jose Enriquez, Principal @JEnriquez@dadeschools.net.
  2. After contacting Mr. Enriquez, you will be informed of a date and time in which you may visit the school to obtain the mobile device.
  3. You must complete and sign the Mobile Device Agreement form and bring it with you in order to obtain a mobile device.
  4. Mobile Devices are the responsibility of the parent and student.  Damages and loss are subject to fees as indicated on the agreement.
  5. Mobile Devices are the property of Miami-Dade County Public Schools and must be returned at the conclusion of the academic school year.
